About Cafe Blue
Cafe Blue is a coffee shop in Syracuse, New York. It is listed at 720 Van Rensselaer St, Syracuse, NY 13204, which places it among the local businesses of Syracuse that residents and visitors turn to when they need this kind of service close by.
Coffee in the United States is served by three kinds of places: national chains with drive-thrus and mobile ordering, independent neighborhood cafes that double as a workspace or a meeting spot, and specialty shops that roast their own beans or buy single-origin lots and brew them by pour-over, espresso or cold brew. Most open between 6 and 7 a.m. on weekdays, slightly later on weekends, and the busiest hour is the commute rush before 9. A drip coffee runs a few dollars, espresso drinks and specialty pours more, and tipping a dollar or a percentage on the card reader is customary but not required. Nearly every cafe offers free Wi-Fi, though some limit laptop seating at peak times or on weekends, and outlets are often the scarce resource.
The business lists hours on 6 days of the week. Typical hours are 7 amβ3 pm. Note that it does not open on Monday. Syracuse is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Syracuse follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I LOVE to come work here on my hybrid days, literally all the seating is comfortable which is a must for me when working at a coffee shop. The food is unique but familiar, I try something new here every time and love it. I will say the lattes are less sweet than I prefer but I just ask and they make them perfect for me. 10/10 location!

Cute and airy cafe with plenty of indoor seating, plus outdoor seating in summer! I had the pistachio rose iced latte and it was perfect. Chicken breast panini with brie, apples and fig jam was not great, due to the chicken being too big of chunks and having an odd flavor/texture of chicken, but the rest of the flavors of the panini and bread was delish.

Cafe Blue is a favorite when it comes to getting work done outside of the house! It's also a favorite spot when it comes to having incredible coffee. Come for the brews and stay for the atmosphere!

I got a peanut butter cold foam something or other. I thought my drink was unique but could have used a lil extra peanut butter. My boyfriend wanted his usual hot Mocha latte but the espresso machine was broken. They made him a Poor Mans Mocha basically. On a scale of 1-10 he said he'd give it a 4. :-/ I also got three energy bites for $7 I believe. They were all good. And decent sized. My boyfriend got a tuna panini and he was satisfied with it. Overall I think we'd give it a go again.

Sandwich was mediocre, probably wouldnβt get again. Coffee however was wonderful! Nice flavor and fairly strong, I asked for mine less sweet and it was still fairly sweet, but delicious. Service friendly as well and plenty of seating!
